Welcome.
My name is Meegan (pronounced “Megan”). 3 Circle Healing has been a dream come true— serving deep rooted and present care.
Old world offerings, sensual details & lushness you experience here bloomed through my own healing. Elements & earthen allies that have supported my journey are the pulse of my practice.
Whichever threads and timelines brought you here, it’s truly a pleasure. It is my hope and prayer that 3 Circle Healing enriches your life—as it has mine.

The Work I Offer
My ethos is to work with the body, never against it. I truly believe that by applying excessive force to muscle, viscera, soft tissue and the nervous system— is antagonistic and counter productive. This approach may render quick results but at what cost? The body's ability to cultivate healing and restoration within itself is unmatched. I aim to elevate that knowledge and facilitate that inherent truth. I pride myself in the slow application of my strength, ability to gently coax muscular unfoldment and the prowess to bring parasympathetic nourishment. This level of care and awareness has lead to longer lasting relief and measurable pain reduction for my clients.
Working with the body is just as much energetic as it is physical. Energy is what moves and inspires us. Conversely, at times, it also can be the basis of our stagnancy, blocks and dis-ease. During my more recent years as a massage professional, I’ve learned to attune my listening to all of the information I am given–verbal, physical and psychic. I have found that this level of receptivity, on my part, has greatly increased the efficacy of my work.
Psychic Guidance and Spiritual Support services I offer, abide by this framework as well. I desire to meet you where you’re at and work with you—not against you. With the help and alliance with Herbal Modalities and other tools— I intend to highlight your own intuition and empower you to heal.

Origin Story
Most of my childhood you could find me playing outside in earth or water and befriending insects. As a teenager I desired the path to become a Veterinarian. Later (after realizing the emotional toll caring for mostly injured or near death animals would require) I shifted my trajectory. After high school I’d spend 2 years at Sac State University for Psychology, before realizing my heart and body weren’t a full yes to this.
A very curvy and winding road of customer service jobs guided me to the discover my passion for customer relations. On a fated fall day in 2011, I visited Bryan college and left enrolled to start their Advanced Massage Therapy Program the very next week. The 2-year program woke me up. Accessibility to my own healing and life thread was made possible. The intricacies of the human biology and the many sciences of therapeutic body techniques— catalyzed a remembering. I was on a full visceral and soul body YES path. The path that has lead me here and continues to light my way.
