Because when we lend touch, attention and care to the fluid nature of our tissues we foster systematic hydration and holistic suppleness. We are then able to meet our lives (physically, emotionally and soulfully) from a place of restoration vs depletion.
Craniosacral Therapy is…
…a modality of subtle bodywork that is both structural & energetic. By touching into the bones, fascia & fluids of the body— deep holding patterns can be let go of to restore harmony within the tissues & the soul.
Babies & Children are welcome to receive this work. Please email us directly via the button below so that we may notate the session.
Contraindication for this work: Recent concussion (8 weeks) or acute cranial inflammation, fever or active infection. It is wise not to come while sick.
